02This website
- No cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our fonts are served from our own domain.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
03Our apps
We design our apps to work with as little personal data as possible, and to process it on your device rather than on our servers. Each app's App Store or Google Play listing shows exactly what that app collects, and the app explains any permission (such as the microphone or location) before asking for it. If an app ever needs to send personal data off your device, we'll say what, why and to whom before it does.
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We receive purchase records from them, such as which plan was bought and when, but never your payment card details.
04When you email us
We keep your messages and email address to answer you and to keep a record of support requests, and delete them when they're no longer needed for that.
05Sharing
We don't sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that run things for us (such as hosting and email), and when Indonesian law requires it.
06Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent you've given. Email us and we'll respond within the time the law requires.
07Children
Our apps are made for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.
08Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app for any change that affects how an app uses your data.
